02 — What we guarantee
The terms carry the risk, not you.
Delivered in 72 hours
The clock starts at a written intake-acceptance notice that names the frozen intake set, and it pauses only if you tell us to in writing.

Late means free, and you still get it
Miss the delivery timestamp and we refund the fee in full and deliver the Screen anyway. You do not have to ask, complain, or show harm.

Corrections are free for 30 days
Find a statement contradicted by your own intake set or by a dated public source, and we correct and reissue at no charge. Unlimited.

The fee credits against the Proof Pack
Order a Proof Pack within 60 days of delivery and the Screen fee credits in full against it.

Fixed and prepaid, for one named project. Not an hourly estimate, not a range, and not variable with how hard the answer turns out to be.
It credits in full against a Proof Pack
Order an Activation Proof Pack within 60 days of delivery and the Screen fee credits in full against that engagement. The Screen is the first step of the work, not a separate purchase you have to justify twice.
